of potential trouble and temptation.
The song title refers to not taking "the hook"
people sometimes offer to get you in an argument
or any potentially regrettable situation.
The song is a reminder to take a breath and
"be still and know" the truth behind the moment.
I have to admit that the song has also helped me
not get engaged in situations that used to push
my buttons or topple my peace of mind.
