A "twang"?

Keith Urban's a pretty impressive guy.

A 4-time GRAMMY® Award winner, he's won
7 Academy of Country Music Awards, and
has a slew of #1 songs, platinum and
multi-platinum albums. (And that's just
a teaser...:-)

As a fellow musician, I admire that.

In a recent interview, he talked about
his newest album, Fuse: "I think I had
this record in my head for quite a few
years. I knew it would take a lot of
trial and error and I didn't know how
long the journey would be to make the
record. It could be six months, it
could be years.... I'm glad we took the
time to do it."

What a huge commitment to the process
of creativity. Clearly, he trusts his
inspiration and intuition.

So let me ask you, do you trust yours?

What have you had the inspiration to do?

What does your intuition say?

And here's what I really want to know...

Are you doing it?

Because here's the deal: Life is always
trying to make things better for you.

Whether it's the urge to write something,
start a blog or a business, call someone
or speak somewhere, inspiration is a gift
from the Divine to you, a direct call to
action.

Sometimes it can appear to be way out of
our range - literally in Keith's case.
What he wanted was across the world in
Nashville.

Yet as much success as he's had, he has
said, "I always wish I'd had more mentors,
better mentors, wiser mentors."

And after my own arduous climb out of poverty
to success, I completely get that.

It's simple math.

Mentors cut the time down it takes to do what
you want to do.

Let's face it.

Life is short...so why spend years doing what
you could do in a month?

For example, one person in my Miracles Coaching
program told me, "During my 22 years of professional
practice, I had my single best month in June and
earned $58,000 new in commissions. It came out of
the blue! This is about 10 times my monthly average
(in new commission business)."

In all honesty, I believe inspiration can do anything.

But you've got to get clear, show up, and take action.

There are no limitations that I can see.

How else can you talk like an Aussie but sing with a twang?
