This one is about "New Thought," which is the
spiritual philosophy from the 1800s that great
works like "The Secret" owe a debt to.
One question asked of me was about the next
stage for New Thought.
I bluntly said that New Thought and all the
"mind over reality" philosophies need to go
to the next step in consciousness.
I said they need to awaken.
When they asked me to explain, I pointed out
that New Thought and most other self-help
practices come from the second stage of
consciousness, called Empowerment.
While Empowerment is cool, there are two more
stages after it.
