"I went on a road trip this weekend and as I packed to go
I made sure I had my "Strut" cd with me. I also packed
a Ray Wylie Hubbard CD and a couple of Pink Floyd cds
I hadn't listened to in a while. The first few times
I listened to Strut I knew there was something different

when you listen to it. I let it repeat three times.

"And another cool thing I noticed. I've listen to a lot
of bands, musicians, and songwriter's early cds and when

heard all your life they sound different, like some of
the polish isn't there, the finer touches aren't there.
I listened to "Strut" between a Ray Wylie Hubbard cd and
Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon and Meddle and I've
got to tell ya', from songwriting to, musicianship, to
production, to capturing a feel and energy, it fit right in.
