What my father taught me...

He still gets up at 4 am and exercises.
He hasn't missed a day in fifty years.
He taught me that without your health,
you don't have anything.
I never forgot that.
Of course, I haven't always followed it.
But now that I can see 60 from here, I'm
paying more attention to my health.
The thing is, the information out there on
anti-aging is conflicting and confusing.
What's a person to do who wants to get or
stay healthy, and learn to "youth" rather
than "age"?
Even my father doesn't know the answer to
that, and he is now struggling with some
aging issues.
