What my father does daily

Published: Thu, 03/29/12

My father is 86 years old and gets up every
morning at 4 am and works out.

He then spends most of the day tending to
my bedridden mother.

Later, around mid-afternoon, he exercises again.

His exercising isn't just strolling around. While
he walks a lot, he also stretches, does some body
weight exercises, and even punches the heavy bag --
about 500 times a session. (!)

He taught me the value of taking care of your
health from when I was a child, when he had me
working on the railroad at the age of five years
old and working out every morning.

I hated it.

In later years, I rebelled.

I refused to exercise.

If only to prove my Dad wrong in order to find my
own way through life, I wouldn't do it.

Of course, *I* was wrong.

You *have* to move to live and stay healthy.

But how?

Where's the motivation come from?

How do you move around when you don't really want
to and you haven't developed a seven decade habit
of doing it like my father?

That's where this comes in --

It's easy, fun, and proven to work.

Go see.

Love,

Joe

PS -- You don't have to get up at 4 in the morning
and exercise, but what if you could joyfully find
an easy way to move around? What if the "magic bullet"
to assist your health and well being really is waiting
for you over at --

Thank you.
I love you.
